Bush really likes the economy both ways. When he's campaigning, he touts it as a strong economy. But when it comes to the record 2.4 trillion dollar budget, he BLAMES THE SLUGGISH economy, the war on terror, etc.

My god I can't wait until this election is over. I want to know whether I can celebrate the end of bush or start packing up to leave the country.
