Report: Iraq Planned to Attack U.S.

Interesting. Today the US News claims Putin warned Bush about Iraq threats against US "on it's own soil". The Moscow Times, however, claims the threats were against targets OUTSIDE the US.

So, the question is, who's spinning the story? Is Putin lying to protect Bush, or is our media spinning it to protect Bush.
