Bush loves to compare this to WW2. Recent Gallup Poll showed that 90% of people believe WW2 was justified, while only 49% of people believe the current Iraq war is justified.
While Bush supporters whine about Kerry being against Vietnam, that same Gallup poll shows that only 33% of Americans believe the Vietnam war was justified. So, basically, you are trying to vilify Kerry for opposing a war along with 2/3 of the country.
